If your purchases are heavy or large sized, let us take care of moving it. We have proper moving equipment for navigating through the store.
We offer a 5-day return policy for any electrical item (computers, appliances, lamps, etc). If an item does not function properly, it can be returned for a refund only if you have the sales receipt.
No returns for non-electrical items or items of apparel. Make sure those types of items meet your needs before they leave the store. Battery powered games and toys are sold "as is". A 20% restock fee is applied for return of un-damaged, non-electric items that "don't fit", "wrong color", "changed my mind", etc. Please measure first.
You may purchase any item with a 20% deposit. We will hold the item for 5 business days. Some exceptions can be made if a longer time is needed. Balance of payment must be made prior to picking up the item or having it delivered
PLACING AN ITEM ON HOLD
We cannot place an item on hold from a phone call. We sometimes can make an exception for wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, shower seats and raised toilet seats. Exceptions are based on availability of the item and needs of the customer. The best way to hold an item while you measure or decide is to put a deposit on it. Otherwise everything is sold on a first-to-purchase basis.
Our prices are low to start with in order to best serve the community. Asking for a discount for item just placed in the store is the same as taking away a food purchase for the needy. We offer frequent discounts when we are overstocked or when items have been in the store for a number of weeks.
